As an Account Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective customers and facilitating the process of enrollment into various wireless service programs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to sharpen their leadership skills and gain valuable experience in a fast paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and execute fundraising and promotional campaigns that engage the community and drive donations to support local charities.
• Create and implement engaging promotional materials that resonate with our mission and goals.
• Assist in the setup of events and fundraising activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and deliver memorable experiences.
• Build and nurture relationships with charity partners, stakeholders, and community businesses to foster collaboration and increase donations.
• Support the marketing and communications team to promote upcoming events and initiatives, contributing ideas for outreach and visibility.
• Monitor and report on event outcomes, helping the team refine strategies for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
• At least some experience working in a customer facing role.
• The ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations.
• You are comfortable thinking outside the box and problem solving with a smile.
