ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Solid Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel)
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work on your own initiative
  • Full UK driving licence required

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Accountancy Apprentice, you’ll split your time between practical on-the-job experience and structured study. You will work towards your AAT qualification, as well as working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with spreadsheets, ledgers, journals, and client bank statements
  • Update and maintain accurate client records
  • Support general office administration tasks
  • Organise and archive financial documents
  • Liaise with clients via phone and email to gather information
  • Attend occasional company events or client site visits (some outside normal hours)
