REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, including Big Four audit experience
• Hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment
• Team player with strong adaptability
• Proactive and results-oriented problem solver
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently

• Perform financial data reconciliations
• Prepare accounting journal entries
• Resolve unmatched entries, actively seeking solutions to minimize these differences
• Identify weaknesses in daily operations, suggest and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with various accounting stakeholders to ensure smooth monthly account closures, accurate and timely financial reporting
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as required
