Job Description THIS ROLE A senior preparer position responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services for complex portfolios. This role handles a full spectrum of complexity levels (low, medium, and high) with minimal supervision, focusing on sophisticated accounting processes and detailed client deliverables. The position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead preparation of complex financial reports while maintaining high quality standards. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements Support and development: We will ensure you have the right training, tools and development plan to grow and improve your skills every day Qualifications ABOUT YOU You are an accounting, finance, or business administration graduate with CPA license or equivalent You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or similar roles with a focus on complex portfolios You are an expert in preparing complex financial statements You are proficient in applying accounting standards and policies with minimal supervision You have intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a particular focus on Excel skills You have an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables You have strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a full spectrum of complexity levels You have an effective communication and documentation skills to articulate processes and operational risks clearly You have a proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision You are collaborative team player, open to knowledge sharing and supporting training initiatives Additional Information Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
