Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant 3, Fund Accounting, to handle property accounting functions for real estate portfolios, including reviewing mortgage, lease commissions, real estate taxes, insurance, and prepaid schedules. The role involves booking rental income, performing CAM reconciliations, and ensuring accurate sales tax calculations, real estate e-tax filings, and insurance payments. The incumbent will independently manage core accounting activities such as AP/AR processing and support financial statement preparation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role operates on a US shift (6:30 PM onwards).
