About this team
Reporting directly to the finance manager you are an integral part of the finance team. You will play a pivotal role in accurately accounting for lululemon’s operational transactions. You will need to take a hands-on approach and will have overall responsibility to ensure accuracy, compliance and integrity in reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Commerce
  • You have 3+ years’ experience working in an accounting firm
  • You have completed or studying towards CPA/CA designation
  • You are a natural leader that comfortable with coaching, mentoring and developing
  • You have strong Excel skills
  • You are proactive and solutions-oriented in meeting tight deadlines and process improving
  • You are a strong relationship builder and communicator (both verbally & written)
Responsibilities
  • You enjoy problem solving and working with our stores to solve all finance related queries.
  • You develop procedures and processes to improve stakeholder experience.
  • You support the local & global team with audit preparation and documentation support as needed for external & regulatory audits.
  • You prepare monthly BAS Returns (for both AU & NZ) and assist in compilation of any other indirect returns (for example FBT).
  • You complete assigned operational accounting month end tasks and support with variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly basis.
  • You provide accounting guidance to members of the team and act as a resource to the SSC and stores.
  • You engage and create synergies with Regional and Global office, ensuring global consistency with processes and policies
