THE CANDIDATE

This role is ideally suited to someone with practice experience, who is looking to join an exciting and expanding team. Ideally, experience of cloud accounting packages would be preferred, however training will be provided where required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Accounts Team, based in our Carlisle office.

The main elements of this role will include:

• Completing draft financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and companies ready for review by a Fee Earner / Manager.
• Completing draft business tax computations.
• Preparing VAT returns, bookkeeping assignments and management accounts for clients.
• Assisting with the filing of financial statements and corporate tax returns
• Be part of the team, assisting clients with their MTD journey.
