ACCOUNTANT – ACCOUNTING AND HR SPECIALIST

Pay: $60,000–$80,000/year
trak group is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to find an experienced Accountant who’s ready to take ownership of daily financial operations and help lead the transition as company leadership plans for retirement. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, mentorship, and a clear path to Accounting Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee AP/AR, inventory tracking, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, trial balances)
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Act as a liaison with banks, CPA firms, and other external financial partners
• Support HR administrative functions, including compliance and employee documentation
