You’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting stakeholders with their financial needs. You are also responsible for complying with and enforcing policies and procedures designed to maintain information security and protect personal and sensitive data. Your responsibilities include: Facilitating accounts payable and receivable processes, while maintaining segregation of duties to minimize risk Issuing Levy Notices and Final Fee Notices Assisting with financial reports, including analysis and consistent formatting Supporting Owners Corporation Managers and Admin teams with levy and aged debtor queries Responding to financial inquiries from stakeholders and committees Fulfilling other finance-related duties as required by management A BIT ABOUT YOU You are someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re a collaborative team player who brings initiative, accountability, and a solutions mindset.
