We are looking for a professional who is proficient in maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and generating insightful financial reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Zoho ERP or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to generate and interpret financial reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Maintain Day Book: Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions in the day book, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and error-free.
• ERP Management: Utilize Zoho ERP to manage and oversee all accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports on income and expenses, providing detailed insights into the company’s financial performance.
• Budget Monitoring: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure they align with the company’s financial goals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and support decision-making processes.
