JOB SUMMARY:

AL FALAH GROUP - We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 5–6 years of proven experience in managing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, organized, and capable of providing accurate financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of proven accounting experience in a corporate or similar environment.
  • Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
  • Strong expertise in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, UAE VAT laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Oversee payroll processing and reconcile employee benefits and deductions.
  • Monitor financial transactions, analyze variances, and provide insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting systems, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing financial projections and recommendations.
