Description
  1. Enter daily financial transactions into internal system. (Bank - Receipt).
  2. Check invoices reconcile and identify discrepancies. (Receivable - Payable).
  3. Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed (Alternatively).
  4. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  5. Petty Cash handling. (Receiving from company - issuing for custodian person - receiving invoices with balance if have over cash).
  6. Reconcile Bank accounts.
  7. Purchase import entries. (Only after logistics and inventory department confirmation)
  8. Receiving cash from customers. (Alternatively).
  9. Provide daily report to management with full day transactions - Weekly report - Monthly report.
  10. Assist external auditor during audit time (Provide support documents,Scan - Hard Copy as required).
  11. Handling H.E Marwan Alshaali real estate transactions.
  12. Preparing (Report - Financial Statement - Collection) for real estate.
