We’re Hiring: Accountant Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Build Your Career with a Trusted Regional Leader Ali & Sons Holding LLC is a diversified and well-established group with a strong legacy across multiple industries in the UAE. We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accountant to join our Finance team and support accurate financial reporting, compliance, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Undertake all accounting activities and ensure transactions are recorded promptly and properly. Ensure all accounting transactions are completed effectively and efficiently. Review financial statements to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance. Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation in line with management and audit requirements. Regularly review accounting books, ledgers, statements, and systems to ensure up-to-date records and timely reporting. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve long-outstanding reconciling items. Follow best practices for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to support a healthy cash flow cycle. Provide best-practice recommendations and support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Suggest initiatives to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profitability. Support internal and external audits as required. Perform additional duties assigned by the Chief Accountant. Ensure quality and timeliness of work in support of company strategic goals and objectives. Qualifications & Experience Education: University Degree in Accounting or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage Proficient in MS Office and experience with accounting systems / ERP solutions (e.g., SAP or similar) Why Join Us?
