Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Car Rental Division. The ideal candidate will manage both general accounting activities and specialized tasks related to traffic fines, Salik, entries, and coordination for collections, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, journal posting, and account reconciliation. Maintain accurate records of payables, receivables, and petty cash transactions. Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review. Manage and reconcile Traffic Fines, Salik, system entries for all vehicles. Coordinate with concerned staff for RTA, Police, and other authorities for fines, disputes, and compliance matters. Follow up on collections and update the system with payments and outstanding balances. Support in month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly maintained and filed. Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth financial operations. 🔹 Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the car rental, transport, or automotive industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, or similar). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
