ACCOUNTANT | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Accountant role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting experience in larger organizations and a passion for working with complex data sets.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ACCOUNTANT | Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university (Verifiable).
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
  • CPA and/or prior public accounting firm experience (preferred)
  • 3+ years of accounting experience in a similar rol

Responsibilities

ACCOUNTANT | RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform account analysis and reconciliations
  • Complete bank reconciliations
  • Analyze revenue, cost of sales, and operating expense trends; prepare related accruals
  • Conduct inter-company balance review and reconciliation
  • Handle fixed asset accounting, including reconciliation to subledger and compliance with policies
  • Analyze physical inventory variances and prepare management reports
  • Assist with month-end close, consolidation processes, cash management, audit preparation, and M&A activities

ACCOUNTANT | Requirements:
