Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Providing financial advice on business structures, plans and operations and all associated entities, and advise on related record keeping and compatibility requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information;
  • nalyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice;
  • Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options;
  • Summarise current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports;
  • Substantiate financial transactions by reviewing documents;
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;
  • Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions;
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information;
  • Secure financial information by completing data base backups;
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology;
  • Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities;
  • Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems;
  • Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts;
  • Liaise with and prepare the required financial documents for our tax agent to submit Company Income Tax Return and Personal Tax Return.
