The Role
1. Bookkeeping & Accounting • Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records • Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants • Handle and coordinate with bankers to manage our accounts and facility. 2. Office Management • Oversee general office operations and administrative support • Liaise with service providers, vendors, and building management • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general upkeep • Support HR-related admin tasks (visas, medicals, insurance coordination) 3. Corporate Secretarial Duties • Prepare and maintain board resolutions and minutes of meetings • Assist with corporate filings, license renewals, and record-keeping • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards. 4. DMCC Compliance & Coordination • Manage company-related matters with DMCC, including license renewals, updates, and documentation • Liaise with DMCC and government authorities for corporate and employee affairs • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DMCC regulations and processes
