OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial accounting and management, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in financial accounting or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as PeopleSoft, QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial management principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is a plus.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience can be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on best practices in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
