We’re Hiring – Part-Time Accounts Assistant!
Hyve Designs is a dynamic boutique consulting firm seeking a part-time admin staff member to join our growing team. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our financial operations 2 days per week. This is an ideal role for someone with bookkeeping experience who enjoys flexible working and contributing to a close-knit, professional team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a similar role within finance or bookkeeping
  • Confident using QuickBooks (online or desktop version)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload independently
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams
Responsibilities
  • Raise and send invoices accurately and on time
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Reconcile receipts and transactions within QuickBooks
  • Support with general bookkeeping duties
  • Generate specific financial reports as requested
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting and admin tasks as needed
