JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform full set of accounting work and keep all records up-to-date Monthly Audit Checking (Open Check, Car Park…) Provide figures such as covers per F&B outlets and room revenue breakdown to the Operation Manager for monthly financial report In charge of ad hoc projects including income audit analysis and comparisonsfor special festivals and promotions Supervise the Income Supervisor to complete the routine work Assist the Operation Manager to supervise the AR section Ensure the timely collection of outstanding receivables Supervise of daily cash & credit card transactions Control the deposit summary Assist in month-end closing and preparing monthly reports Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably in hotel business Strong sense of responsibility, Detail-mined, high sense of accuracy and efficiency Proficient in computer skill including MS Excel and Word, with knowledge of Sun system is definite an advantage Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant BENEFITS 5-day work week Discretionary bonus Medical insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Marriage leave, compassionate leave Free duty meals Staff discount on F&B and banquet Complimentary overseas accommodation Education allowance
