REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in an accounting or finance support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills to handle financial data responsibly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial data, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports, into the accounting system.
- Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support the processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval.
- Support Audits: Assist in preparing documents and reports for internal and external audits.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor company expenses and ensure they align with budgetary guidelines.
- Financial Reporting: Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for review by senior accountants.
- Tax Preparation: Provide support in the preparation and filing of tax documents as per regulatory requirements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the accounting team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
