Key accountabilities • Process daily accounts payable activities (booking invoices, employee expenses and vendor master data creation) and/or receivable activities (collecting overdue invoices, processing incoming payments, creating customers, products, sales orders and invoices) • Act as business partners with sales team, review and act promptly on all accounts payable/receivable balances, escalate issues promptly • Oversee & coordinate month end, quarterly and yearly close • Assist in internal and external financial audits; ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures and policies • Communicate regularly with manager to notify any potential issues, including but not limited to those relating to own job, or those relating to the vendor • Perform data analysis and prepare reports Your profile • Excellent understanding of the purchase and invoicing process • Knowledge of Finance ERP solution(s) and reporting tools (preferably MS AX, Excel, VBA). • Excellent English skills (written and spoken), another european langage desirable • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel • Eye for detail, accuracy and speed of data entry are imperative • Possesses excellent organizational skills and follow through • Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills to influence all levels of stakeholders We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
