We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust accounting practices, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years of accounting experience in the Education industry (mandatory).
• Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).

• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines
• Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies
• Maintain and oversee general ledger accuracy while verifying proper journal entry documentation
• Support budgeting processes by monitoring financial performance, analyzing variances, and providing forecasts
• Manage all tax-related activities including preparation, filing, and compliance while liaising with external tax advisors
• Conduct comprehensive financial feasibility studies and risk analyses to inform strategic decision-making
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff to support their professional development
