ABOUT ATLAS WORKWEAR:

Atlas Workwear is a very fast-growing company specializing in premium workwear solutions across Canada. We are looking for an experienced, proactive Accountant in our Oakville office to support the financial operations of our expanding business.

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of accounting experience
Proficient with NetSuite, particularly in reporting and GL functions
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Prepare and generate financial reports in NetSuite (income statement, balance sheet, trial balance, etc.)
Manage intercompany transactions, including bills and invoices
Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll using ADP (for hourly and salaried staff)
Perform account reconciliations and post journal entries
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Conduct financial analysis (variance, margin, and cost trends)
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure accuracy in general ledger and sub-ledgers
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, warehouse)
