Coordinate in month-end closing, review the monthly/quarterly/statutory financial statements. Local Tax reporting & filing, US SOX compliance, implementation of internal control. Monitor RTR outsourcing team's performance and review the GL and FA daily process. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE Monitor daily transactions and accounting bookings by the Accenture Chengdu teams for fixed assets. Coordinate month-end closing routines, including reviewing monthly trial balance breakdowns, financial statements, and analysis reports (US GAAP, PRC GAAP). Review payroll and other accrual transaction bookings by Accenture Chengdu team. Verify General Ledger vouchers and manage treasury liquidity and expenditures that prepaied by Accenture Chengdu team. Prepare quarterly forecasts and corporate financial schedule reports for quarter-end and year-end, utilizing the corporate HFM system and financial system reporting. Prepare the monthly intercompany transfer price review file. Assist the supervisor in setting up the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly forecast. Manage annual statutory and tax audits with external auditors. Implement internal control practices and processes in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements (US-SOX Compliance) and reinforce daily financial operations. Maintain close communication with the Business Unit Finance team and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth month-end closings and the efficient execution of other financial analyses and tasks. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis reports. 职位要求 WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 3~4 years’ experience in multinational companies, strong experience in General Ledger & Costing prefer. CET-6 or above, good English in speaking, reading and writing. Strong analytical skills & operating expenses control concept. Familiar with PRC & US GAAP, Sarbanes - Oxley compliance is definite advantage. The ability to work in a tight timetables and under high pressure. Be independency, details focus and the ability to prioritize work list is also required.
