We are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Belgrade Airport — someone who combines accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork with a genuine passion for aviation. 🌍 Your Mission In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for: Issuing all types of invoices (commercial, ad-hoc, baggage delivery, and recharges) Managing INAD and cancelled flight expenses in real time, collaborating closely with suppliers and our Commercial team Handling cash collection, cashier reports, and daily banking operations Supporting business trip calculations and expense reimbursements Managing payments through e-banking and maintaining accurate financial records Coordinating with the Airport Manager on invoice approvals and maintaining the e-invoice system Organizing and monitoring contracts, renewals, and supplier agreements Updating receivables and payables weekly, ensuring data accuracy Supporting payroll preparation and resolving day-to-day accounting issues Assisting in financial reporting, audits, and budget preparation Supporting administrative processes and ensuring smooth office operations 💼 What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role Excellent command of English (spoken & written) Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with e-banking/e-invoicing systems High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving mindset A proactive attitude and ability to collaborate in a multicultural team Experience in the aviation or services sector will be considered a strong plus 🌟 Why Join Goldair Handling?
