Roles & Responsibilities

• Process invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system with high accuracy.
• Reconcile company bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger by recording journal entries and balancing accounts.
• Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in payroll processing and related tasks, ensuring accurate employee pay and deductions.
• Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure that they are properly classified and recorded.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate and consistent.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: With atleast 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Dynamics 365, Quickbook, Sage) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
