• Retail Channel Accounting – Manage accounting for retail channels, including reviewing and posting expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable; verify invoices and sales records; issue AR/AP invoices in ERP or QuickBooks; prepare corporate financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Document Review – Review the authenticity, accuracy, and compliance of expenses and supporting documents, including expense claims, procurement payment documents, and payment process compliance.
• Audit Coordination – Liaise with external auditors and IPO teams, providing accounting documentation and internal reconciliation reports as required.
• Inventory Oversight – Collaborate with warehouse management to review and confirm monthly inventory data to ensure accounting accuracy.
• System Implementation Support – Assist with system go-live processes and resolve issues during implementation and optimization.
