A Day in the Life As an Accountant, you’ll manage full-cycle accounting responsibilities from journal entries to reconciliations and month-end close. You’ll own assigned general ledger accounts, review accounts payable and receivable activity, and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely. You’ll also provide payroll backup support and complete post-payroll reconciliations. This role isn’t siloed - collaboration and cross-coverage are part of the culture. What You'll Do Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts Support month-end close and financial reporting Oversee and perform accounts payable functions Review accounts receivable activity and resolve discrepancies Provide payroll backup and complete payroll-related reconciliations Prepare audit schedules and documentation Identify and resolve discrepancies or process gaps What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of accounting experience Strong GAAP knowledge and full-cycle accounting experience Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems Ready to Apply?
