OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled bookkeeper to be responsible for all day-to-day general accounting and supporting the Controller in preparing the financial reports, budgeting and financial planning. The skilled bookkeeper will play an important role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of standard accounting processes, have a high attention to detail, and possess strong time management and organizational skills as well as general knowledge of payroll legislation.
This position is part of the team responsible for the financial management for the entirety of Complete Care Restoration’s operations. As a growing company, the position and responsibilities will grow along-side the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
· A post-secondary diploma in Finance or degree in Accounting preferred.
· A minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience required.
· Knowledge and experience of standard accounting processes in Canada.
· Able to consistently deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.
· Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
· Ability to foster trusting and dependable working relationships.
· Ability to take initiative and work independently on individual assigned tasks, as well as ability to work in a team environment.
· Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy.
· Time management and organization skills and the ability to prioritize work, produce high quality results and complete all work in a timely manner.

Compensation wage will be offered based on credentials, education, and experience.
