JOB SUMMARY:

The Accountant/Bookkeeper will manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that the company’s accounting and financial transactions are processed timely and accurately. This role will be critical in supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with tax regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum two years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (automotive or retail industry experience is an asset)
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
