We are a growing landscaping & construction company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and streamlined financial processes. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of financial and bookkeeping tasks.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the company’s financial health. They will also assist with financial reporting, budget tracking, and process improvement initiatives related to accounting and bookkeeping.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software), Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with full English fluency required.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple financial processes efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Self-starter capable of working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
