JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial auditing, corporate finance, and maintaining accurate financial records using Quickbooks accounting software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experinced in performing Journal entries.
  • Experinced in Analysing Balance sheet and Income statement accounts.
  • Proven 1-3 years experience working in public accounting/Bookkeeping firm in CANADA.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software,-Desktop Version.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and corporate finance principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must have customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferably who is experienced bookkeeping with pharmacies.

    Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Conduct data entry /bookkeeping transactions on Quickbooks.
  • Follow-up and maintaining regular contact with clients to keep their books up to-date.
  • Manage accounts receivable.
  • Process payroll and calculate remittance on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with CRA audits.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.
  • Preparation and reconciliation of bank accounts, HST, payroll remittances, T4’s, T4A’s and T5’s and all accounts for the clients.
