Description

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper or accountant to join our accounting team.
Our accounting software is Sage 300, and we require candidates to have current experience using the AP, AR and Payroll Modules.
There is currently a team of 3 individuals; a main Accounting Manager who does bank reconciliations and financial record maintenance; an Accounts Payable administrator and an Accounts Receivables administrator. You would be joining them as the fourth team member. Accordingly, the ideal candidate excels in directing their own work, while also managing working collaboratively with others.
This is a full-time, permanent position and salary is commensurate with experience.
After three months of full-time employment, you may join our extended benefits plan.
This position is not suitable to working from home. References will be reviewed before an offer is made.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or Bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in Sage 300
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Experience with financial auditing and account reconciliation
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and budgeting practices
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and financial services
