JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper that is task-oriented and detail-oriented to join our dynamic Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and a great personality. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in accounting software QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or other business degrees preferred, not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Able to follow processes and improve it when necessary
• Able to provide high quality deliverables while meeting deadlines and work under pressure at certain times
• Great communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great project management, organizing, and planning skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understands the team concept and has a strong desire to be a team-player
• Solid integrity and ethics is required
