Description Under guidelines set forth by the Controller, manage and coordinate the accounting activities using proper accounting methods so that accurate and up-to-date financial records are kept which produce timely and meaningful information to management. Requirements 1. Coordinate the processing of transactions for the preparation of financial statements. Review margins and operating expenses on a monthly basis and explain any variances from actual to budget. 2. Responsible for general ledger accounting and reconciliation, some accounts payable and inventory processes. 3. Reconcile bank statements to the general ledger. 4. Reconcile fixed assets and depreciation accounts. 5. Other duties as assigned by management. Education Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent from four-year college or associate’s degree and at least two years’ experience and/or training. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
