KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a portfolio of SME clients (trusts, companies, partnerships, SMSFs)
• Prepare and review financials, tax returns, BAS/IAS, CGT, and Div7A
• Deliver proactive tax planning and client advisory services
• Mentor intermediate and junior team members
• Contribute to firm-wide process improvements and client strategy
• Use cloud-first tools like Xero, BGL360, MYOB, and Microsoft 365
