Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations related to property management and real estate activities. The role involves handling property accounts, landlord and tenant reconciliations, service charge accounting, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations for managed properties and real estate portfolios
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for landlords, tenants, and properties
• Handle rent collection postings, service charges, and utility allocations
• Prepare landlord statements and tenant account reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable related to properties
• Reconcile bank accounts and escrow/client accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budget preparation for properties and service charges
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations related to real estate transactions
