Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work on daily operating duties related to full cycle Accounting
  • Ensure all tracking, accounting, payment and reconciliation/reporting activities related to key partners are managed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manages and reconciles all bank accounts.
  • Reconcile bank deposits and transfers.
  • Bookkeeping of credit card and other transactions.
  • Calculate and prepare GST/HST to be filed.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating all financial records.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ year’s experience working in a bookkeeper or accounting role.
  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong team player who also works well independently.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidential information in good standing.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
