Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for a number of different activities, including;

  • Closing all month, quarter and year end accounts for the company.
  • Analysing gross profit components on a monthly basis and reports significant variances.
  • Responsibility for pricing setups, bi-monthly maintenance of pricing.
  • Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
  • Responsibility for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Provide support for statutory audits of the Irish companies and interact with the independent auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Assist in the company’s taxation requirements to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Preparing financial analysis and reporting for the company and facilitates periodic financial reviews that will assist the team in maximising profitability and performance.
  • Presenting appropriate management reports to highlight operating cost variances and provide reasoning for such variances.
  • Analysing financial information detailing assets, liabilities; prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarise current and projected company financial position.
  • Financial review and preparation of business cases for ad hoc projects.
  • Supporting the activities of the team in gathering and processing data as assigned by various projects. Perform such other duties as the Employer may from time to time assign to this role.
