• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including GST and corporate tax filings.
• Prepare and assist with internal and external audits.
• Generate financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor actual performance against budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
