  • Key Responsibilities:Review individual, company, trust, and partnership tax returns, including complex Capital Gains Tax (CGT) matters.
  • Review financial statements, working papers, and compliance engagements to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Manage workflow allocation and compliance deadlines across the team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and timely service delivery.
  • Review SMSF tax returns and financial statements (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes, and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with team members while independently managing complex accounting matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian taxation legislation and accounting standards.


  • Key Requirements:CA or CPA qualified.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a public practice environment.
  • Strong experience reviewing tax returns and financial statements across various entity types.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian tax and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software platforms.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence and continuous improvement.
