Role We are searching for a sharp and commercially grounded individual to apply their finance and accounting skills across multiple jurisdictions consistent with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting of entities assigned and be fully responsible for the Accounts Payable function Perform the month end closing and preparation of the monthly financial reporting Perform year-end closing of accounts and timely production of financial statements and tax returns Ensure global and local accounting policies and standards are adhered to Manage regulatory reporting requirements and deadlines such as annual audit and tax return process Preparation of clear concise financial and analytical reports Assist with internal and external audits Support in tax advisory and optimisation projects, working with external advisers as required Analyse financing options, as needed Assist the Finance & Accounting team in special projects as and when required Requirements Chartered Accountant qualification Big 4 experience is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline Good understanding and working knowledge of internal controls and financial governance Highly proficient in Microsoft applications Meticulous and unfazed by impossible standards Have an opinion, but know when restraint is appropriate Able to earn the trust of both junior and senior colleagues Driven to achieve and to bring others along – ambition without ego Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean environment where ambiguity is normal and standards are non-negotiable Polished and professional in all interactions Willing to travel regionally to support and engage with Opcos across the portfolio as required Administrative Details Start date: Immediate preferred Compensation: Competitive base salary Benefits: Medical insurance; Annual leave Education: Degree in Accounting/Finance; Professional Accounting Qualification is required Experience: 5+ years professional experience Languages: Excellent command of English required (written and spoken) Reporting to Financial Controller Travel: Not applicable Disclaimer: We only accept job applications through our Clermont Career Website, LinkedIn or MyCareersFuture Singapore (A Singapore Government Agency Website).
