Working Location: Hung Hom office Employment Duration: Around 8 months (until Nov 2026) We are looking for an energetic, innovative & highly motivated professional to join the Financial Planning & Control Branch of the Finance Department in Corporate Affairs. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Finance, the appointee will be responsible for the following: - Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the operating budget and forecast compilation, benefits management and sensitivity analysis of operating expenditures to meet management directions Perform financial and management accounting activities such as periodic closing and reports preparation Provide professional advice and support to user departments in relation to financial or control related matters Support decision making by directly involving in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and promote continuous improvement Promote cost awareness, accountability and efficiency Implement control procedures; report and review their effectiveness Conduct ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor Requirements A recognized university degree in relevant discipline plus a professional qualification of a recognized accountancy body with minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience Strong analytical mind, problem solving abilities and interpersonal skills Creative, agile, self-motivated and strong sense of work commitment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiar with Oracle, Power BI, data analysis and AI tools would be an advantage ABOUT CLP CLP was founded in Hong Kong in 1901, at a time when electricity was still a novelty worldwide.
