JOB SUMMARY:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills to support the company’s operational and financial efficiency.

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Required

Experience:

• Accounting (painting/contruction prefered): 3 years (Preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks): 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.: 4 years (Required

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare and review invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor project expenses and prepare cost reports.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Handle VAT filings, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
