Hello, I’m Marine, Recruitment Consultant with Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area, and I specialize in assisting accounting firms.
Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions.
I’m looking for a file manager for an accounting firm in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Here are the main tasks to be carried out for a French and English-speaking clientele:

Notice of readers and bookkeeping

• Bookkeeping;
• Carry out compilation mandates;
• Produce unaudited financial statements (compilation assignment).

Review missions

• Conduct review engagements;
• Prepare financial statements;
• Settle review notes with the Control and Quality Department.

Audit

• Perform system tests;
• Perform mission sections;
• Participate in inventory taking;
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements;
• Settle audit notes with the Control and Quality Department;
• Formulate recommendations to improve clients’ accounting practices;
• Provide support to junior auditors.

Tax

• Prepare personal and corporate tax reports;
• Analyze notices of assessment;
• Any other related tasks required.
