ACCOUNTING DUTIES:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and reports
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare required filings
• Create journal entries, sales entries, purchase entries, and payment/receipt entries
• Reconcile bank statements with the company’s balance sheet and ledger accounts

CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Resolve billing issues and clarify financial statements for clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
