Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with HR/Payroll experience and expertise in UAE HR policies, payroll management, and financial accounting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT regulations, corporate tax compliance, and be proficient in TallyPrime software.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in TallyPrime software is a must.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English.

    Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Tax filings in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Assist in payroll processing, WPS compliance, and other HR-related accounting tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies, including leave management, employee benefits, and contract preparation.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and visa processing coordination.
  • Address staff queries regarding their salary, providing clear explanations of salary calculations and deductions.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
