✅ QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience:
  • 2–4 years in accounting roles within interior fit-out, construction, or similar industries in the UAE.
  • 2–4 years supporting sales or administrative teams—ideally in interior fit‑out or contracting sectors.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiar with MS Office Suite, CRM platforms, AutoCAD (for BOQ/submittal coordination).

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE VAT and FTA filing procedures.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking, organization, attention to detail.
  • Good negotiation, client relationship, and internal coordination capabilities.

  • Other:
  • UAE driving license (desirable for site/client visits).
