Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant cum Customer Relations . This hybrid role combines core accounting responsibilities with client interaction, ensuring both accurate financial management and high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and a client-focused mindset.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and/or client service roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Fluency in English; Arabic, Tagalog or other languages is a plus.
  • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of VAT filing and UAE financial regulations.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities

ACCOUNTING DUTIES:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, data entry, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE financial regulations.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS DUTIES:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding billing, account status, and general inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain records of customer communications and transactions.
